A Little Late But...Happy 2010!!!

So I kind of went MIA for the past 2 weeks, in my defense there really wasn't much "Twilight Saga" news to report. Well, yes there was plenty of news and tabloid stuff going on with the stars of the movies, but we steer clear of most of that here.

Here's to a happy and healthy 2010 to you all! Looking forward to Eclipse this Summer (and our VIP Viewing plans for the midnight release)

AND thanks to Lisa & Marianne we know that Jackson Rathbone's band 100 Monkeys will be performing in Scranton sometime this year.

MTV has a really great article with Jackson Rathbone about New Moon & Eclipse. Turns out that although the Twilight movie ignored his 'talent' we WILL see it in New Moon and Eclipse!

On Friday it was Twilight graduation and a first look at Kristen Stewart’s Bella hair. As I reported a couple of weeks ago, she did not want to have extensions added on to her Joan Jett hair. Love her for that. But this wig looks busted. And Jackson Rathbone is the bowlegged hotness. Damn.  (Jenn here:  I agree with her assessment of the wig :-)  you can see the pics in an earlier post.  Also wondering if Jasper has new hair in Eclipse, that'd make him 3 for 3!)


About the scenes – the day before (Thursday), “Bella” and her high school friends were in the cafeteria, excited about graduation. During filming for graduation the following afternoon, “Jessica” gives a speech.

(Me, Jenn again...Let me set this up a little.  The winner of a German Reality show is reportedly playing Vera, Roslalie's friend in her flashback/memories.  She and Jack Houston, Royce, were in town and filmed this past week)

Before leaving they all shot together in the park a scene that takes place in Rochester in 1933 in which Royce leers at Vera while an oblivious Rosalie is next to him. Later on, Rosalie (still human) is seen alone with Vera who has a baby. I’m sure you Twi-Hards can put it all together.

This interview by Entertainment Tonight was conducted after the show. I included it because I find it particularly funny the way they talk about Rob & his hair. I also don't think I have ever seen Kristen so.....(searching for a word).....likeable. (Sorry, I mean no offense by that comment).

Eclipse

According to LaineyGossip.com the Eclipse cast members who are in Vancouver had dinner together last night. (Jackson/Jasper, Nikki/Rosalie, Ashley/Alice, Taylor/Jacob, Peter/Carlisle, Bryce/Victoria, Kellan/Emmet, Elizabeth/Esme and Xavier/Riley)

They are reportedly invloved in pre-filming workouts and fight training. AND (get this) according to Lainey Jackson is involved in some horseback riding lessons!! It took me a minute to figure that out, but I assume it's for flashbacks when he is telling his story to Bella. love it!!
