ECLIPSE Director David Slade tweeted tonight telling us all that the ECLIPSE Score is complete!!!

ECLIPSE Re-Shoots

With only a little over 2 months until the release of ECLIPSE new reports have surfaced that some key scenes need to be re-shot in Vancouver.  LaineyGossip has the Exclusive Report.  I know not everyone likes her (she's not a Twi-Fan, I happen to like her anyway LOL) but she is in Vancouver, seems to have some good contacts and is usually VERY accurate!

Another Retailer Jumps Into the New Moon DVD Race

WalMart has announced that it will offer a New Moon DVD and BluRay "Ultimate Fan Edition" which will include the very first footage from......wait for it....... ECLIPSE!

And that ladies has most likely sent many people canceling their pre-orders with other retailers and pre-ordering from WalMart.

Hopefully this is the one we will be watching at our New Moon DVD Party!!

Eclipse Movie Score Info

Howard Shore has been announced as the Composer of the Eclipse score.

Shore, among many other projects, was responsible for the score in the Lord of the Rings Trilogy.

A Little Late But...Happy 2010!!!

So I kind of went MIA for the past 2 weeks, in my defense there really wasn't much "Twilight Saga" news to report. Well, yes there was plenty of news and tabloid stuff going on with the stars of the movies, but we steer clear of most of that here.

Here's to a happy and healthy 2010 to you all! Looking forward to Eclipse this Summer (and our VIP Viewing plans for the midnight release)

AND thanks to Lisa & Marianne we know that Jackson Rathbone's band 100 Monkeys will be performing in Scranton sometime this year.

LaineyGossip update on Eclipse filming (she is snarky, love her shower curtain comment, and not a fan of Twilight but I enjoy her and she gives good info)

The main stars have been hard at work this week. David Slade tweeted on Monday that he shot with Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson and I can tell you exclusively that Kristen has also been working with Taylor Lautner this week. “Bella” goes on a piggyback run with “Jacob” and they run through the forest. She also drops blood everywhere, and at some point she punches him in the face after he kisses her. And for the Twi-Hards, Slade’s Tweet referred to scenes between Stewart and Pattinson that took place in the “meadow”. My source tell me that they talk about getting married, they roll around a little, and they agree on a wedding date. Now go make out with your Edward Cullen shower curtain.

StephenieMeyer.com made an announcment today about the New Moon Soundtrack.....

I just received the following announcement from Atlantic Records (the record label that produced the Twilight Soundtrack):
The first single has officially been confirmed for the New Moon Soundtrack! Death Cab for Cutie has written an exclusive song for the movie entitled 'Meet Me On the Equinox.' Below is a statement from the band about the song:

Eclipse Announcement from Summit

Summit released an official announcement yesterday that filming has begun on Eclipse. It also contained a few casting tidbits.

According to LaineyGossip.com the Eclipse cast members who are in Vancouver had dinner together last night. (Jackson/Jasper, Nikki/Rosalie, Ashley/Alice, Taylor/Jacob, Peter/Carlisle, Bryce/Victoria, Kellan/Emmet, Elizabeth/Esme and Xavier/Riley)

They are reportedly invloved in pre-filming workouts and fight training. AND (get this) according to Lainey Jackson is involved in some horseback riding lessons!! It took me a minute to figure that out, but I assume it's for flashbacks when he is telling his story to Bella. love it!!

Has Newborn Bree Been Cast?

All kinds of online reports have surfaced over the past 24 hours (or so) claiming that Jodelle Ferlan has been cast in Eclipse. Now she has "tweeted" that she has indeed. It assumed that she will be playing the role of Bree, newborn vampire. There has been no official announcement by Summit yet.

Has Eclipse's Riley been cast??

Just Jared is reporting that "Australian baby face Xavier Samuel has been cast in Eclipse, the third flick in the Twilight franchise."

Riley, as you may remember, is the newborn vampire who helps Victoria in her fight against Edward, Bella and Seth.
