Remember Me

I'm not going to post a whole bunch of Remember Me stuff since the blog is supposed to be about Twilight not Rob (lol), and let me tell you there is a LOT of stuff out there for Remember Me right now. But I do want to mention that last night was the Red Carpet Premiere in New York City. Kristen Stewart made a surprise walk down the red carpet, skipping the press and allowing the focus to remain on those involved with Remember Me.

The initial buzz from those who have seen the movie is very, very good. Even the skeptics are raving about Rob and the whole cast. It seems there is a big twist or something in the movie and I have decided to do my best to stay spoiler-free until March 12 when we go see the movie. Sooo, that's about all I can tell you.

Rob on Jimmy Kimmel

Rob "Bothered" on Jimmy Fallon

Rob is currently in NYC (so close, yet so far away) to promote and for the Premiere of Remember Me. Now I know this is NOT Twilight related BUT this is....kinda.

Rob will be on Jimmy Fallon tonight. Jimmy Fallon has a recurring skit dubbed "Rob is Bothered". If you've never seen it, basically he dresses up as Edward, sits in a tree and makes funnies about Twilight, Rob, Edward all kinds of stuff. It seems Rob was taping with Jimmy Fallon this afternoon and someone from NBC tweeted this :-)

Robert Pattinson is bothered - for real this time

So it looks like maybe Rob will be "Bothered" with Jimmy Fallon tonight! LOL should be fun! Watch tonight (tomorrow morning) on NBC at 12:30. Hope they don't cut the show off before it's over like they did with the Olympics last night :-(

Wondering Why Edward Wore a Suit? Why Jacob Wore Tight Jean Shorts??

EW talked to Trish Monaghan, Costume Designer for New Moon and Eclipse about the looks we saw in New Moon ansd will see in Eclipse. I found this article extremely interesting and love how much thought and research went into it! I think they did a much better job this time with the costuming.

.....he’s getting into his graduation year, he’s in a relationship. He had worn hoodies and jeans and sneakers, and Robert, the director [Chris Weitz], and I all wanted to portray him more as a gentleman, more elegant and classic. With our vampire characters, I always went back to the time period in which they were turned to see if there’s any element I could try to simulate in contemporary clothing.....

....You had to be very careful with where the shorts fall on the hip bone, we had to make sure everything sits at the same place when they run. Each individual actor had their own request, but we also had requests from the visual effects department, because if we had big, loose shredded shorts on when they morphed into wolves, it’s too much work and too many hours to magically get rid of that clothing on camera. They wanted the shorts as close-fitting to the leg as possible, whereas the natural tendency of the guys would be to have something baggier so that they didn’t look like they were wearing hot pants. [Laughs] So if I knew they were going to morph, then they had tighter-fitting shorts.....

Here are some previews for upcoming New Moon cast appearances. I LOVE Ellen and Jimmy Kimmel so I'm really looking forward to seeing both of these episodes. They look hilarious. Ellen is on today and I believe Jimmy Kimmy will run this appearance on Friday night.

Robert Pattinson on The Today Show

Rob's first appearance of the day was on NBC's The Today Show. He greeted fans and then sat down for an interview. Love the way he put all the rumors to rest LOL. He's been quite funny in his recent interviews :-) more cause for us to swoon.

Robert Pattinson ROCKS on Letterman

Rob was on with David Letterman last night and he was a stinking riot! What's not to love about him...sidewalk....candy..... Oh yeah and I love Letterman.

Oh, Come On Ryan

Last night while doing the Red Carpet thing, Robert stopped in to chat with Ryan Seacrest (it looks like he has a little broadcast booth set up there). Ryan asked THE question, not sure why he had to do that. I love me some Ryan Seacrest and love how he loves the Twilight Saga, but he knew he wasn't supposed to go there and I just can't understand why he felt the need to anyway. Watch the clip here....

So Much New Moon Stuff I Don't Know Where To Start!

The New Moon Press Juncket was held yesterday in Hollywood, the Hot Topic Tour Kicked off, and the stars of the Twilight Saga:New Moon are everywhere!!! There are SO many interviews, articles, pictures and videos, I cannot keep track of them all!

Rob & Kristen in Harper's Bazaar - WOW Another Great Photo Shoot!

Vanity Fair's December Issue is an Early Christmas Present for Robert Pattinson Fans

Rob is making BIG news with the reveal of his new Vanity Fair shoot. He will be gracing the cover of the December issue. New Moon Media Blitz

The Media Blitz for New Moon, which hits theaters in 17 days, 15 hours and 40-something minutes (not that I am counting or anything), is in full force.

Kristen and Taylor spent the weekend in Sao Paulo, Brazil, click here to read about their press conference and for a translation of their interview.

Rob, on the other hand, headed to Japan this weekend.

The three of them are scheduled to make a LOT of appearances the week the movie hits theaters, a few in NY (The Today Show, Regis & Kelly). Anyone planning on heading to the city to catch a glimpse of our favorite actors??

New Moon Illustrated Companion

NewMoonMovie.org gives us a sneak peak into the New Moon Movie Illustrated Companion. The pictures are pretty interesting, check them out here. I think I just may have to pick this up...when does it hit store???

New Eclipse Set Pics

Some new set pics have leaked from the Eclipse filming. They seem to be from 2 different parts of the book....Jake showing up at the school after Bella & Edward return from Florida, to 'talk' to Edward AND Jake showing up at the school when Edward is away and her riding off to spend the day on the 'Rez' (as Jacob would say). Since they are wearing the same clothes, however, I am assuming it's one scene...hoping they don't change things too much, but as always trying not to form an opinion until I see it play out.

OK so not only is the wig questionable (which they have graciously covered with a hood), but the eyebrows too?? Click on the picture to enlarge it and tell me it doesn't look like someone painted her eyebrows on!?

What the heck is up with the volvo? Pictures of it have been popping up all week and I was refusing to believe it was Edward's, I am really hoping there is an explanation for this. I'm beginning to think that Summit worked out a deal with Volvo to showcase a different one in each movie.

Exclusive 'New Moon' Trailer To Premiere At 2009 MTV Video Music Awards

Taylor Lautner, Kristen Stewart & Robert Pattinson are scheduled to appear at this year's MTV Video Music Awards. The trio is expected to debut an exclusive expanded New Moon trailer!

They awards show will be broadcast on Sunday, September 13 at 9:00 pm.

People has an exclusive new look at the Volturi.... I am not sold on the Volturi BUT with them I think a lot of it is in HOW they MOVE, ACT, SPEAK, etc not in how they look in a still.

Prepare to be scared. In New Moon, the second installment in Stephenie
Meyer's wildly popular Twilight saga, readers are first introduced to the
ancient ruling class of vampires known as the Volturi. Determined to capture
their creepy menace for his screen version opening Nov. 20, New Moon director
Chris Weitz has given them custom-crafted blood-red eyes. "They're all
hand-painted, specially manufactured contacts," Weitz tells PEOPLE. "They're
opaque red, almost like preying mantis eyes. You can't really see into them.
There's something terribly off-putting about it." British actor Michael Sheen
(The Queen) plays Aro, leader of the Italian blood-sucking clan. Although Aro
and his brothers Marcus (Christopher Heyerdahl) and Caius (Jamie Campbell Bower)
have been "alive" for thousands of years, Weitz says he "deliberately" gave them
a younger look in the film – for which he credits author Meyer.

"Stephenie was very keen to steer away from a kind of wizard-y look for
the vampires," says Weitz. "They do look quite young, but they convey a
formality and self-possession, which comes from age." Perhaps most lethal of all
the Volturi is Jane (Dakota Fanning), an angelic-looking vampire who inflicts
physical torture on her victims. "She is very strange and very spooky in this
movie," says Weitz. "I think [Dakota] wanted to play an evil character for
once."
