Melissa Rosenberg Talks About My Very Favorite Scene!! (well one of my favorite scenes)

The tent scene proves (imo) once and for all how much Edward loves and what he is willing to do for Bella. Ahhhh love....

Twilight Saga screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg talked to Reelz the other day and
offered up some info about Eclipse. In particular, she teased the infamous tent
scene:

In Eclipse we’re going to see this triangle between Edward, Bella, and Jacob. And I think we’re going to see a lot of heat between these characters. Because Jacob has been so well established now in New Moon, he’s a real rival now. So I think he’s going to throw that relationship into upheaval. We had to have the tent scene. This is one of Stephenie’s favorite chapters in all the books she’s written. It had been building to this scene: Bella’s in a tent with Jacob and Edward, and they’re trapped in this tent, and Jacob’s keeping Bella warm. And it’s an incredibly tense scene — but finally these guys are talking to each other. And it’s a really interesting conversation.
