EclipseMovie.org has revealed these 2 new Eclipse stills. They are both from the meadow, similar the the one released last year. And by the way, they both look great, even Bella's hair seems to look good!!!

Wondering Why Edward Wore a Suit? Why Jacob Wore Tight Jean Shorts??

EW talked to Trish Monaghan, Costume Designer for New Moon and Eclipse about the looks we saw in New Moon ansd will see in Eclipse. I found this article extremely interesting and love how much thought and research went into it! I think they did a much better job this time with the costuming.

.....he’s getting into his graduation year, he’s in a relationship. He had worn hoodies and jeans and sneakers, and Robert, the director [Chris Weitz], and I all wanted to portray him more as a gentleman, more elegant and classic. With our vampire characters, I always went back to the time period in which they were turned to see if there’s any element I could try to simulate in contemporary clothing.....

....You had to be very careful with where the shorts fall on the hip bone, we had to make sure everything sits at the same place when they run. Each individual actor had their own request, but we also had requests from the visual effects department, because if we had big, loose shredded shorts on when they morphed into wolves, it’s too much work and too many hours to magically get rid of that clothing on camera. They wanted the shorts as close-fitting to the leg as possible, whereas the natural tendency of the guys would be to have something baggier so that they didn’t look like they were wearing hot pants. [Laughs] So if I knew they were going to morph, then they had tighter-fitting shorts.....

New Moon: "Behind the Scenes with the Wolf Pack" & "Birthday Kiss"

This first video is a behind the scenes look at the Wolf Pack including the CGI. I find this incredibly interesting. And I stinking LOVE the wolf clips at the end, I think they have really done justice to them and brought them to life in an amazing way.

Now for an extended look at the Birthday Kiss. I'm not sure what to say about this except if you're Team Edward turn up your volume and enjoy what you will hear after the cheesey announcer voice. :-) (Note: it seems that Summit has been pulling these down so this video may not be here long)

Twilight-movie.org is reporting that the Chilean New Moon site has a few new images, including one of Jacob giving Bella a dreamcatcher.

NewMoonMovie.org gives us a sneak peak into the New Moon Movie Illustrated Companion. The pictures are pretty interesting, check them out here. I think I just may have to pick this up...when does it hit store???

Dear Diary,

I'm having second thoughts about this whole "going to high school" thing. Carlisle says it helps us blend in longer, but does it? Really? I mean, if we just lived in the woods, and made sure our fake IDs said we were 18, wouldn't that be better than making sure every kid in town knows us, and getting our pictures taken and published in book form once a year? Also, the homework is starting to get really annoying. I mean, I have to write a paper on Miles Davis, and I can't even mention that we hung out that one time. This bites. Oh, well, guess I'm gonna go break into that new girl's bedroom and watch her sleep.

New Eclipse Set Pics

Some new set pics have leaked from the Eclipse filming. They seem to be from 2 different parts of the book....Jake showing up at the school after Bella & Edward return from Florida, to 'talk' to Edward AND Jake showing up at the school when Edward is away and her riding off to spend the day on the 'Rez' (as Jacob would say). Since they are wearing the same clothes, however, I am assuming it's one scene...hoping they don't change things too much, but as always trying not to form an opinion until I see it play out.

OK so not only is the wig questionable (which they have graciously covered with a hood), but the eyebrows too?? Click on the picture to enlarge it and tell me it doesn't look like someone painted her eyebrows on!?

What the heck is up with the volvo? Pictures of it have been popping up all week and I was refusing to believe it was Edward's, I am really hoping there is an explanation for this. I'm beginning to think that Summit worked out a deal with Volvo to showcase a different one in each movie.

Here's the latest from LaineyGossip...

All filming on set this week take place at Bella’s house (on a sound stage) so Billy has been shooting with a busy Kristen Stewart. My sources tell me exclusively that scenes include: “Bella” reading “Jacob’s” letter, Bella and Jacob and their angsty discussions, “Edward” telling Bella he’ll always love her and that she will always be “his” (ew), and Bella hanging out with “Angela” (played by Christian Serratos) and they talk about boys and Bella’s Edward/Jacob love triangle.

People has an exclusive new look at the Volturi.... I am not sold on the Volturi BUT with them I think a lot of it is in HOW they MOVE, ACT, SPEAK, etc not in how they look in a still.

Prepare to be scared. In New Moon, the second installment in Stephenie
Meyer's wildly popular Twilight saga, readers are first introduced to the
ancient ruling class of vampires known as the Volturi. Determined to capture
their creepy menace for his screen version opening Nov. 20, New Moon director
Chris Weitz has given them custom-crafted blood-red eyes. "They're all
hand-painted, specially manufactured contacts," Weitz tells PEOPLE. "They're
opaque red, almost like preying mantis eyes. You can't really see into them.
There's something terribly off-putting about it." British actor Michael Sheen
(The Queen) plays Aro, leader of the Italian blood-sucking clan. Although Aro
and his brothers Marcus (Christopher Heyerdahl) and Caius (Jamie Campbell Bower)
have been "alive" for thousands of years, Weitz says he "deliberately" gave them
a younger look in the film – for which he credits author Meyer.

"Stephenie was very keen to steer away from a kind of wizard-y look for
the vampires," says Weitz. "They do look quite young, but they convey a
formality and self-possession, which comes from age." Perhaps most lethal of all
the Volturi is Jane (Dakota Fanning), an angelic-looking vampire who inflicts
physical torture on her victims. "She is very strange and very spooky in this
movie," says Weitz. "I think [Dakota] wanted to play an evil character for
once."
